Alice Tulecki began doing business as NJ Notary On The Go. She became known through her website address NJNotaryonTheGo.com. NJ Notary On The Go was designed to provide responsible and professional Mobile Notary Public Services, reaching out to clients in the comfort of their own surroundings. Alice became a Commissioned New Jersey Notary Public, December 5, 1991. NJ Notary On The Go has been serving the community since 1992.
2002 Alice retired from enjoying an abundant history of employment with Not-For-Profits; a rich family life and raising her three children; following 911 Alice did an evaluation of life and made the decision to retire in April 2003. Alice filled her time with her growing business - Documents and Professional Services, LLC, a New Jersey Notary, MOBILE SERVICE - AKA D&PS, LLC.
Alice has become proficient in taking on task that she considers worthwhile, valuable and meaningful to her and the larger community:
1998) She was called upon to respond as an expert witness in a case against a N.J. Notary.
1999) She and her neighbors took on the Town & County to restore their environment.
2004) She was instrumental in forming the now known “N.J. Notary Association”, a not for profit org. Under her leadership N.J.N.A. became the information highway for notaries and business.
2006 she spoke before the Regulated Professions and Independent Authorities Committee at the NJ State House. She expressed her strong views for implementing stronger guidelines for N.J. Notaries Public to do their job.
2007 She was instrumental in N.J.N.A. being listed as a resource in the N.J.N.P. Manual Resource Section. Attended O.C.V.T Class to become an instructor; Alice wanted to instruct and share with other notaries her passion. This became a reality. Also hired as an expert witness in a case against a N.J. Notary; case was dismissed for lack of evidence.
2008 with the assistance of an attorney took on the Board of Election to fix a election potential risk. Achievement in the redesign and new format was accomplished.
2009 Alice wrote a Notarial educational program based on the N.J. Statutes. "No Nonsense Notary Training" (N. N. N. T.) became a reality. Alice was assisted in the final draft by several members of the N.J.N.A. The American Society of Notaries out of Tallahassee, FL has approved the program.
2011 brought to completion the long overdue revised version of the Ocean County Notary Public Manual. When the newly elected O.C. Clerk, Mr. Scott Colabella published the N.J. N. P. Manual revision; including “Opinion 41”; Ocean County's new and renewing notaries now have a correct and valuable tool of information to help them get started. The manual is NOT perfect. Notaries need to seek out continuing education so that they are better prepared to serve the community at large.
